PCYC

PCYC is a charitable organisation who provide young people with access to facilities and programs that promote health, wellbeing, and positive community engagement, aiming to reduce youth involvement in criminal activity.

PCYC approached us to design and build their website after an in-house attempt had fallen short. A site of this scale required deep strategic thinking. It quickly became clear that the challenge extended beyond the website itself, and that their service offering also needed restructuring. The way their programs were communicated was contributing to confusion and poor navigation. Before developing the website strategy, we first helped them rework and simplify how their services were categorised.

The new site needed to accommodate a range of functionalities, including the ability for users to find their local club, enquire about memberships, donate, and book classes. Multiple systems had to integrate seamlessly to create a smooth user experience.

Like all of our website builds, the design follows a modular structure, making it easy for PCYC to update and evolve their content as their organisation grows.
